During the battle, Kai asks Misaki questions about the past in hopes of getting her to remember Aichi. Even with her perfect memory, Misaki cannot seem to recall him. In a final attempt to make her remember, Kai performs Legion, an ability that not only returns cards from the drop zone into the deck, but it also summons a specific unit from the deck and places it next to the vanguard, thus allowing those two units to combine their powers and fight as one. Through this move, he calls forth Blaster Blade Seeker, which serves as the trigger to help Misaki regain her memories of everything related to Aichi. After Kai defeats Misaki, they and Naoki pledge to each other to find Aichi. However, unbeknownst to them, there are enemies who intend to stop them from doing so...
