The ladies are still living their best lives- enjoying summer holidays, private jets, and pampering their pooches- but Jackie, now at the end of her eighth round of IVF, has been doing it tough. She's grappling with a recent miscarriage and is desperately hoping a dream she's had about having twins, could come true. Meanwhile, a chance meeting with yoga teacher Cherry and her wine-executive friend, Kyla (aka 'The Champagne Dame')- leads to a tense Housewives lunch, where questions are raised about Kyla's etiquette and her integrity. But it's at a spa event, with new girl Simone, where conflict really erupts- as accusations about her poor fashion choices and a cover-up get as heated as a sauna.
