In one year, they were being paid $115K by charities alone. Jada Pinkett Smith and Spike Lee are two celebrities who vowed to boycott the Oscars due to their lack of diversity. Ana talks about a friend that pointed out Black actors’ audition season is for one extra month since they’re given parts after all of the White parts are filled and diversity quotas need to be met.
