Mehr The four contestants go to Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo and face the challenge with the most rigorous assessment of the season, and must prepare a recipe from a class on a cooking technique taught by four school teachers: chefs Patrick Martin, Renata Braune, Alain Uzan and Saiko Izawa. In the elimination event, the two competitors will face each other in a great duel. At a table with 20 different inputs covered by cloches, they will have to choose between ingredients that have opposite characteristics to find out what to cook with. The choice will be alternated and in the end each will have 10 ingredients, all required on the plate.
