The Youth Service Group's next goal is to take over the Nako-kyo, a religious group that maintains a huge part in Osaka and is famous for having the Nako-Goddess, Yume being worshiped, as her blood has the power to cure sickness, she is praised by the people who live there. Yume tells the others in the Nako-kyo to not address her so formally, including her most faithful servant, and the vice leader of the Nako-kyo, Komiya Youko, but they can't help it due to the large amount of respect that they have for her, shortly after it is revealed that Yume is actually a hermaphrodite, but it is unknown to the Nako-kyo why Yume was born like this. The other vice leader, Tsukigase Nene requests a cease fire for the Youth Service Group, and they send in one of their subordinates, who is a shinobi, Toki Haruka.
