Mehr An emergency occurs when Kato (Mi Inowaki), who was exploring the forest, is stabbed by someone with a knife! A person wearing a cap, believed to be the culprit, immediately flees the scene. To save Kato's life, Naoya (Yamada Yuki) and Sae (Kamishiraishi Moka) collect items from passengers' belongings that can be used to treat wounds, and they procure medicinal herbs from the forest based on the notes left by Kato. Yonezawa (Fujiwara Joichiro) and his friends arrive. Kazuma (Wataru Hinata), who aspires to be a doctor, also joins the group, and the passengers work together as one to carry out intensive treatment. However, in the midst of all this, Yuto (Eiji Akaso) suddenly remembers his painful past where he injured a senior member of the team at the scene of a fire.
