At the Recovery Room, Frank mentally reviews the night he popped the question and wonders again what went so terribly wrong between him and Karen. Meanwhile, Ricky decides to conduct his own experiment. Certain Rebecca's candles are harmless, Alison reopens the Pink Rose and begins selling her wares once more. Lucy and Kevin return home and find Jack hallucinating wildly as an anguished Livvie helplessly wrings her hands. Ricky secretly tests Frank's reaction to a certain candle. At the ER, Chris examines his agitated brother while Karen is alarmed to hear Kevin's explanation for Jack's strange ""episode.""
