But Tucker won't take no for an answer, and, via liability waivers and strategically-placed fruit trees, proves to Claire that she's got no cause for worry. Soon, he's got half the neighborhood helping him build it. Meanwhile, Jeannie finds a wad of Leon's cash in her room, and tries to figure out how he got it and why he put it where he did.
