Then it's off to an outdoor challenge, where they'll race by sea kayak and then on foot to the top of a mountain, hoping to win immunity as well as a coveted phone call home. Later, one contestant pushes trainer Bob Harper to the limit, causing him to freak out during last chance workouts before a surprising weigh-in leads to a heartbreaking elimination.
