In the distant future, Mandy has turned herself into a giant worm-like creature to be immortal, and now rules the whole world. Mandy gives false information to a clone of Billy, in order to capture the members of a resistance that try to defeat her. The episode parodies the science fiction novel God Emperor of Dune by Frank Herbert.
