Dr. Drew will confront Vikki on what Jeff has explained and try to find a constructive resolution to their domestic issues. later, Dr. Drew connects some patient's drug addiction with sexual and physical abuse. Jeff finds himself unwilling to accept any form of healing his back other than another surgery and resorts to calling the police to say he is being held captive.
