Make and do HOW TO MAKE RICOTTA PIE To make ricotta pie you will need: • 500 grams of Ricotta Cheese • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese • Chopped flat parsley • Thyme leaves • 2 eggs Method: Place in a food processor the eggs, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese and herbs. Mix the ingredients and pour into a greased 20 cm pie dish. Bake at 180c for half an hour, until the top is brown, and the pie has puffed up. Serve with a garnish of small red tomatoes and sprigs of flat parsley.
