Unfortunately, Ren cannot remember him, and Kai leaves in disappointment. Later, after a day of school, Kai decides to cardfight Miwa in an attempt to remind him of Aichi. So, Kai faces off against Miwa, who is using the former's Kagero deck. As the cardfight progresses, memories of Aichi slowly pop into Miwa's mind, but he still does not fully remember him. When Kai finishes the match with a Legion attack from both Seeker, Singsaver Dragon and Blaster Blade Seeker, Miwa finally remembers Aichi. Afterwards, Misaki and Naoki inform Kai about the encounter with Moress. Suddenly, Kamui appears and issues a challenge to Kai.
