For the 4 pairs still in the running, the two tests on the program are going to be particularly intense. To begin with, the candidates will have to imagine a cake around chocolate in 8 textures and not one less. Created by one of the world's best pastry chefs, Australian chef Peter Gilmore, this dessert will challenge their technical dexterity. It's up to them to show what kind of texture they're made of! For the second round, they will have to propose to Cyril Lignac, Christelle Brua and the guest chef, MOF Jérôme Chaucesse, a real culinary show. Thanks to their dessert on the plate and their creative staging, the candidates will have to seduce all the senses of the jury and propose an original presentation of their dessert. Who will be able to convince the chefs? Who will face the elimination round under the guidance of Pierre Hermé to reach the final?
