The story begins when Clara and Miguel, an architect and an engineer, meet while working on a construction job. Both come from broken marriages and carry the scars of these failed relationships. Clara has two children, a boy and a girl, while Miguel has a daughter to whom he is very close. Besides the kids, the couple‘s world includes a host of other characters, among which their exes, siblings and nannies. Clara and Miguel are quickly attracted to one another and begin a relationship, but living out their newfound love proves to be more complicated than expected.
