Más Hayano Haruto move to Tokyo with his mom Kaori and his brother Shota to receive treatment from Dr. Takayama. Because of this, Shota transfers to another school and leaves his dad in Nagano. His mom doesn't have much time for him because she's busy with Haruto and Shota resents Haruto as a result. Afterwards, Haruto requires emergency surgery while Shota is out having fun with friends. Dr. Takayama isn't able to help as he is performing another surgery. Will Haruto survive? Will Shota regret the things he said?
