Más After a failed attempt to rescue Geppetto, Pinocchio and his friends are captured by a bounty hunter after the reward being offered for the puppet. On their way to the army an avalanche comes and injures the man, despite the protests of the three animals, Pinocchio can't bring himself to leave the man to the elements and brings him to see the Doctor in the nearby town. While the Doctor is initially reluctant to let anyone into his home, he eventually agrees to treat the bounty hunter and allow the group to spend the night. Over the evening the Doctor bonds with Pinocchio, refusing the bounty hunter's offer of paying with a share of the reward, showing him the medicine he's been developing and telling him about his past; the Doctor's hatred of humanity is due to losing his own son a few years ago when nobody, including Mr. Goldman the wealthiest man, in town with a child the same age, would help him to buy the medicine that could save him. Just then the man in question comes in begging the Doctor to save his daughter, who is gravely ill. The Doctor initially refuses to, but relents when Pinocchio tells him how deplorable it would be to allow the girl to die when he knows for certain he'd be able to save her. The next day the girl has fully recovered and sees the puppet and his friends off along with her Father, the Doctor and the bounty hunter, the latter of which gives him a map of the mountain to repay his kindness the day before.
