تدور أحداث المسلسل في إطار درامي اجتماعي حول منيرة التي تفرض سيطرتها، وسطوتها على أبنائها وزوجاتهم، حتى تفقدهم واحد تلو الأخر، وفي ذات الوقت تتاجر في تهريب الذهب. The series revolves around a number of topics in the heritage, such as the desire of the mother to make her son marry another wife because his first wife didn't give birth, and also deals with the trade and smuggling of gold.
