Más 'Locked in the Library': Francine is mad at Arthur because she heard that he called her a marshmallow. But then they are assigned to work together on a report about heroes. When the two of them do research in the Elwood City Library, they doze off. When they wake up, they realize that the library is closed and won't open until Monday. Will Arthur and Francine ever make up? / Arthur Accused: Arthur has collected quarters for a new dog for the Elwood City Fire Department, but Mrs. MacGrady says that she never got them. Mr. Haney thinks that Arthur stole the quarters. Can Buster Baxter, Private Eye, prove that Arthur is innocent?
