When the man hears what Stymie did, he confiscates Pete, and tells Stymie that he'll need five dollars within the next half hour to get the dog back. A convenient wind blows a five dollar bill Stymie's way in answer to his prayer, and a cop chases him around to get it back for the woman who lost it.
