It remains a mystery why he was there and why he has such power. Nine Cyborgs inculding Joe escape from from the base of 'Black Ghost'. The enemies from an air raid attack on them but the Cyborgs, especially 002 and 004, fight skillfully and successfully down the fighter planes.They head the Black Ghost's base to fight and eventually are victorious against the soldiers. But before the Black Ghost leader escapes, he blows up the island yet the heroes manage to conquer the Dolphin and disappear. Now what will happen to the Cyborg warriors?
