Dan tells Sarah he thinks he is losing Stephanie. Stephanie agrees to have Jilly and Phillip's wedding at Eden. After the wedding Jilly runs straight into Jake's arms and gives him Stephanie's wedding gift to her a stash of Harper Mining shares. Dan asks Stephanie to put him first and go on holiday with him and to meet him at the airport at 10 am the next day to which she agrees. Cassie alters the computer records for Jake so no one will know he got the extra shares from Jilly then announces he has enough shares for a seat on the board. This new development causes Stephanie to miss the flight and Dan leaves alone. Jake asks the board who is in charge now!
