Jan and Tom spend a day reminiscing at sea. Frere talks with his father. Ken meets Mr. Parker to discuss going public. Sir Edward gloats at his press conference with Frere. Jan wants the Mermaid directors to consider Relton for Tom's new design. Anna admits to Jan that she felt uneasy at Sir Edward's estate. Jack and Kate are at odds again over Jan. Sir Edward and Sir John entertain Mr. Parker, who they earmark as a decoy. Ken wants Jan to consider reigniting their relationship, but she questions his motive in hiring Leo and dealing with Parker.
