Memphis finished 5-5, while the Outlaws lost five out of their last six games for a 4-6 record. With both teams already having been eliminated from playoff contention there was nothing more than bragging rights on the line. The Maniax opened the scoring midway through the first quarter on Ketric Sanford's 2-yard run, and made it 10-0 late in the quarter on Jeff Hall's 20-yard field goal. Memphis scored on its third straight possession when Druckenmiller connected with Charles Jordan on a 5-yard scoring strike early in the second quarter. Las Vegas' Paul McCallum kicked a 34-yard field goal with three seconds left in the first half. Attendance: 15,378
