At the beginning of the episode,(the)Hacker,voiced as always by Christopher Lloyd,being the evil villain with an oversized ego that he usually is, takes over another cyber site. This time,it's Radopolis,a cybersite dedicated to extreme sports...and to top it all off he declares himself the King! In an effort to ""declarate"" the cybersite's independence,our hero,two heroines and the cyboid Digit LeBoid, challenge the Hacker's extreme team to a winner-take-all skate-off.
