In an oil Factory near Jerusalem, tens of workers are working under inferior & degrading conditions. Under the surface the workers are planning a protest against the factory administration. With the help of the Israel's organization of trade unions (Histadrut) the workers demand that they will be represented by a workers union. Their requests are being denied by the insensitive factory administration and a violent strike breaks out.
