Heldt falls for a fake e-mail and infects the presidium network with ransomware: The hacker demands a high ransom until 6 p.m. to unlock the encrypted data again. The LKA Düsseldorf sends its best specialists. Since the extortioner threatens to publish hourly police-internal data, hurry is required. Ulf Becker, the system administrator of the presidium, together with Chief Commissioner Grün, first orders the removal of the infected end devices.
