In 2007, B&H settled a similar discrimination case with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.Protesters are blocking the entrance of a Trump rally in Chicago. A Lane Bryant lingerie ad  featuring plus size models and advocating for body positivity is being refused air time by several networks for not meeting 'broadcast indecency guidelines.'
