They are challenged to come up with all manner of builds to put their creativity, construction skills and imaginations to the test. Design executive Matthew Ashton returns to assess their efforts and is joined by new regular judge, engineer Fran Scott, First the eight teams must construct 1.3m-long bridges, with no prior planning, over which Melvin will be driving a weighted remote-controlled dumper truck.
