The 99th NHK asadora, based on the life of businessman Ando Momofuku who brought instant ramen into this world and his wife, Masako, is the success story of a married couple who lived desperately during the period before the war through the high economic growth era in Osaka. The story is narrated by Ashida Mana, the youngest narrator in the history of asadora.
