Both teams must reproduce the menu in their smallest detail, but only the captains of each team will have a chance to see and taste the dishes. They will be judged only by the jury. Then the three cooks of the losing team compete for the elimination test, which will take place in two stages. In the first, which saves a cook, they must clean and fillet a whole tuna. Whoever does the best work is saved. The worst two go to the final duel, where they will have to make two dishes with the tuna they have cleaned.
