Their investigation leads them to an organized criminal gang with ties to the owner of an illegal gambling operation who’s on the run from the police. The police decide to launch simultaneous raids on all the gang members’ known locations. Meanwhile, Ibuki and Shima learn that a high school student wanted in connection with making false police reports in a separate matter is also involved in the case.
