The events of the work revolve around the character of Amira Yusra who is subjected to psychological trauma in the first episodes of the work after losing her son, Muhammad Al-Sharnoubi, in mysterious circumstances, so she resorts to a psychiatrist, Gina Selim, because she suffers from severe depression after losing him. With a murder, she enters prison, worsens her mental state, and is transferred to a psychiatric hospital. Her sons Ahmed Hatem (Ali) and her daughter Salma Abu Deif (Fatima) support her with the help of her lawyer Muhammad Shaheen, her friend Najla Badr (Sherine), and Sherine Reda as Malak, who embodies a media figure in a satellite channel.
