On the other hand, a patient with "broken heart syndrome" comes to the hospital and makes Derin and Aras question both their relationship and their beliefs, while Ali Haydar and Andaç push all the conditions for a child patient and even go outside the hospital borders. In the finale, the whole hospital is shaken by a sad violent incident, while a big surprise awaits Barış who goes to the dance show of his ex-wife Gizem.
