Meanwhile, Turgut, a cardiac surgeon in Çamlıtepe, is about to die and is brought to Hisarönü Hospital. All surgeons are in London as it's the Cardiovascular Surgery Congress. Barış makes a decision, all the ambulances of Çamlıtepe will come to Hisarönü! In this decision, Aras stands with Barış. An “emergency day” is declared in the hospital. Meanwhile, journalist Ekrem Tüzün, an unexpected visitor to the hospital, records all the problems. Things change when two young children, Yusuf and Mehmet Ali, are brought to the hospital. After the most difficult day of Hisaronu Hospital, a surprise awaits Barış!
