When the situation escalates, a skate-shop owner tries to stop the incident coming to a tragic end. Meanwhile, in the Emergency Department, Charlie worries about Louis's wellbeing following his return from Romania, and Lily helps a young woman - who happens to be one of Keong's employees - escape a difficult situation involving a wager placed on her ailing mother's odds of survival by her decidedly dodgy boss.
