Voir plus While investigating the mystery of disappearing girls, the Matlock police discover a white slave trading racket where young girls are spirited away to become prostitutes in the big cities. 14-year-old Jenny Perkins becomes one of their victims, but is protected by Sue Palmer, an unwilling accomplice. The situation becomes dangerous as the police tangle with the small band of slavers who make a living out of selling people. Notes: This episode does not have a ‘teaser’ before the opening titles. By production order it should be numbered 151 as it has this number on the tape leader, and ep. 151 ‘Canungra’, which has ep. 158 on the tape leader (as does actual ep. 158 'By Gones Be By Gones'), should be numbered 157A.
