A little rebel group gets a strange offer by a man who ends up saving them from the dictator's tanks with an incredible war machine. The weapon is theirs if they fight against the president. 008, 009 and 002 takes off to Pyunma's homeland to investigate this thing. It turns out that the president gets an offer from the very same man. This time the man offers special troops to crush the resistance forces. The man is under BG command and he wants the country's resource Ironstone X by getting the people to destroy each other. The heroes help 008's rebel friend to fight against both the president and Black Ghost troops. They are forced to leave the rebel base and flee out into the jungle.
