George is extremely excited and tries to practise being a doctor using tips from the paramedic. Tanya falls in love with this man and pretends to be hurt to get near him. George follows the paramedic around to learn more and to help other people around the school, and continues to help Tanya, even though she only wants the man to help her. Both the paramedic and George believe she is faking being hurt. But soon, she finally gets injured, but no one believes her.
