He learns that the murdered man, his son and his partner were participants in Wyoming Johnson County War, as were the saddle tramps - all of whom have vengeance on their minds. Without hard evidence to back his suspicions, Ringo is powerless to prevent the deadly game of cat-and-mouse that is being played on the town's streets during the hours just before dawn.
