Cognita, who invited him vacation there. Only after she's used a crooked fairway game to trick him into a cage does he realize that she is Hacker in disguise. The kids, having been sent to rescue him, know only that he is in danger and that Motherboard has said something about unfair games. When a coin toss wins them a free ride from a cab driver named ""Lucky"", they take advantage of the opportunity to explore the city with a local. Lucky teaches them how to recognize a fair game--one in which everyone's chances of winning are the same--and leads them from site to site to test the games out. She explains that a rumor has been circulating that there are unfair games in R-Fair City, and that as a result fewer and fewer people have been coming to play. The kids think about why someone would want to make people doubt R-Fair City's games, and decide the resulting chaos sounds like something Hacker would orchestrate. Meanwhile, Buzz an
