He helps her let go of her guilt at not having protected Princess in that incident. In the second segment, he counsels with another couple who have spoiled their Pomeranian, Prada, after the loss of their other dog. He teaches them how to take back their lives and help Prada to be able to interact with other dogs. In the third segment, Cesar helps a woman who has rescued a very aggressive rottweiler but finds that he is more than she can easily handle after he recovers from a serious illness.
