The trainers then introduced the next challenge in the Battle of the Ages, a cook-off, with each team having to create a three-course meal under 1000 calories in one hour. The trainers revealed the Old Dogs as the winners. Michelle received a touching letter from Hamish, before the Dating Temptation Challenge was announced, with members of the public voting for who they thought was the most charming after a round of speed dating. The Young Pups took the win 13 votes to 11, winning a night out for their efforts.
