Water is an essential part of every living creature's life. Water is the natural environment f... Voir plus Water is an essential part of every living creature's life. Water is the natural environment for many living things. These are explored throughout the week -the sea, rivers, ponds and lakes. The life they contain and the things we find in these environments. A variety of water crafts are presented through play and song. Boats, ships, leisure crafts and barges are found. Water as a necessity for plants and growing things is explored. The use of water for washing and cleaning of ourselves and objects is played out. Water has certain properties - it can be frozen. On Tuesday we explore the icy environment of Antarctica. Each day we discover a different water world on the water calendar.
