Some people believe that it is the ghost of Hachiko, the famous loyal dog who had waited for his master's return for 10 years. Hikaru is at the bus rotary near Shibuya Station East Exit to gather some information about this strange ghost story, when she encounters the mysterious man with a long coat, who Hikaru presumes may know about her brother Raiko. Hikaru tries to follow him, but the man disappears right in front of a shinto shrine.
