Di più Phil Spencer gives property advice to two friends struggling to sell their three-bedroom flat in south-west London. Phil helps Graeme and David, two friends who have been struggling for the past 15 months to sell their three-bedroom flat. With 42 viewings and two offers that have fallen through, something's definitely amiss, especially in a market where good two-bed flats can fly off the shelves in as little as three weeks. Phil is parachuted in to investigate why the property is failing to sell, and what he discovers is a multitude of problems. After confronting Graeme and David with the brutal truth, Phil gives the duo ideas and advice on how to fix the problems. Phil approaches a possible buyer, Rebecca. She is looking to purchase her first home and is interested in finding a two-bedroom flat with a small garden. Is she the perfect buyer for Graeme and David?
