After receiving advice from the mentors, the cooks head into the kitchen to revamp their recipes in only 90 minutes. As the tension heats up in the kitchen, one cook discovers that more cheese is not necessarily a recipe for success! After reformatting their recipes, the cooks' dishes are presented to a focus group of discerning culinary students who must decide which two sauces have the power to turn a good meal into a great one.
