Meanwhile, the stranger informs Jaffer that the spirit that is trying to harm Anjali is of Sunita, who died while undergoing abortion. JD figures out that the spirit of Sunita's unborn child is trying to take birth through Anjali's womb. JD saves Anjali. However, Anjali loses her baby.
