A prankster robot named Chaotique is causing mischievous trouble in Silicon City. She then persuades Mega Man to take a break from his crime-fighting as he and Bert join her in some harmless pranks. When Chaotique frames Bert where he is apprehended by the Good Guild, Mega Man must defeat Chaotique and clear Bert's name.
