A bunch of tornadoes have been causing destruction in Silicon City ruining one of the takes of movie director Mary Flair, destroying the generator for the renewal energy turbines of inventor engineer Volt Aire, and sabotaging the test run of stunt pilot Captain Dare. It is eventually revealed to Mega Man and Suna that the three are siblings with Air Man, who was always put down by his siblings and developed high insecurity which he hid with his arrogant attitude.
